The V-type sealing ring is complex in structure and must be composed of three parts: support ring, sealing ring and pressing ring. The sealing principle is that when the compression ring compacts the sealing ring, the support ring deforms the sealing ring to achieve sealing.

V-type sealing ring is characterized by free combination, good sealing effect, high pressure resistance, long life, but the friction resistance is large, and increases with the increase of working pressure and the number of sealing rings. Therefore, the V-shaped sealing ring is suitable for hydraulic cylinders with low movement speed and high working pressure.

V-shaped cloth combination rubber sealing ring is applied on the reinforced material cotton cloth by heating and pressurizing molding, the sealing performance of this kind of fabric sealing ring can be determined according to the size of the working pressure, usually by means of the gland adjustment to compensate for the wear of the seal ring.
