Wind turbine turntable bearings have an inner ring and an outer ring with an axis set together in the same straight line, and a steel ball is distributed between the inner ring and the outer ring, and the inner ring and the outer ring can be relatively rotated on both sides of the steel ball. When used, lubricating oil should be injected around the steel ball, in order to prevent the loss of lubricating oil around the steel ball, but also to prevent the dust in the external environment from entering the steel ball between the inner ring and the outer ring, the steel ball between the inner ring and the outer ring has a turntable bearing seal ring on both sides.
Wind turbine turntable bearing sealing ring is provided with a circular ring mounting handle, the mounting handle is provided with a circular ring sealing oil sealing limb and a circular ring sealing dust sealing limb, and the outer end of the sealing limb is a circular ring sealing lip.
The inner ring and outer ring of the turntable bearing of the wind turbine are provided with a groove ring sealing seat which is matched with the turntable bearing sealing ring.
During installation, the mounting handle of the turntable bearing seal ring and the sealing oil seal limb are embedded in the corresponding groove, and the sealing lip of the dust sealing limb is against the circumference of the inner or outer ring of the turntable bearing.
Wind turbine turntable bearing seal ring is always working in the field high altitude environment, the working condition is bad, the sealing performance of the turntable bearing seal ring is required to be high. The structure of turntable bearing seal ring greatly affects the sealing performance.
In the prior art, there is a wind turbine turntable bearing sealing ring with better sealing performance, the wind turbine turntable bearing sealing ring is a multi-limb rubber sealing ring, the multi-limb rubber sealing ring has a circular ring mounting handle, the mounting handle has a circular ring neck, and the mounting handle has two oil sealing limbs. The neck has three circular annular sealing limbs in different directions and one circular annular sealing limb in one side. The sealing lip at the outer end of the dust sealing limb is a torus.
The sealing lip of the dust sealing limb of the wind turbine turntable bearing seal ring is a toroidal surface. After installation, the sealing lip of the toroidal surface should be attached to the circumferential surface of the inner or outer ring of the turntable bearing. The deformation of the dust sealing limb is large, resulting in a larger sealing pressure, and the sealing pair between the dust sealing limb and the circumference of the inner or outer ring of the turntable bearing is a face seal. When used, the sealing lip of the dust sealing limb is worn greatly, resulting in a short service life of the wind turbine turntable bearing seal ring.
